Returns
We have a non-refund policy. However, if
the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect size we're happy to exchange the item.
To avoid sizing issues, please have a look at our size chart.
Exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed
intact, with its original tags and free from any signs of wear or odour. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items will be thoroughly assessed
by our returns and exchanges team. Please note the item must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Once 14 days has elapsed, the item will not be accepted for exchange of any kind.
To start an exchange, you can contact us here. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send
you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send
your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will
not be accepted. Furthermore, we do not refund the cost of the shipping and do
not pay for the shipping when items are returned to us.
